Safety valves
A safety valve opens by itself when water pressure exceeds its set value and discharges water, so that the boiler, cylinder and pipework are not put at risk. It is an essential component on every closed heating circuit.
- Set pressure: according to the maximum operating pressure of the appliance it protects.
- Thread: 1/2", 3/4" or 1", depending on output and connection.
- Position: with no shut-off valve between the safety valve and the appliance, and with a drain at the outlet.
