Split-type wall-mounted fan coils go high on the wall and look like an air conditioner's indoor unit, but they run on water from a heat pump or boiler. The Bravair Home JYBG units have a BLDC fan motor for low power use and noise, and a water temperature sensor that starts the fan only when the water is at the right temperature.

They come in two sizes, with 4 and 5.5 kW of cooling. Cooling needs a condensate drain.
