Returning a product
You can return a product within 14 days of receiving it, provided the product and its packaging are intact. Returns that do not meet these conditions are not accepted.

Faulty products
Faulty products are replaced once the fault has been checked and confirmed by the manufacturer or the official distributor. Send us a description and photos of the problem and we will start the process.
Warranty
All products carry the manufacturer's warranty, for the period shown on each product page. For our own brands, Mastersol and Werstahl, the warranty comes directly from us.

Warranty forms
For Werstahl and Mastersol products, fill in the warranty form of the product (in Greek) and send it signed, as the form describes.
