How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout, based on weight, volume and destination. Details: Shipping and delivery.
When will my order arrive?
Bulky products such as boilers and solar water heaters are delivered in 3–4 working days on the mainland and 4–5 days on the islands. Small items sent by courier arrive in 24–48 hours. For products available on order, the lead time is shown on the product page.
Can I collect from the store?
Yes. At checkout choose collection from our store, 171 Ag. Ioanni Pratsika St, Patras (Mon–Fri 08:30–17:00, Sat 09:00–14:00).
How do I track my order?
You receive an email at every change of your order's status. Courier shipments can be tracked with the tracking number. For freight shipments, call us on 2610 334 389 and we will update you.
Payment
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes, for orders up to €500, with a 3% charge and a 20% advance payment by bank transfer. See all methods under payment methods.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. At checkout choose invoice and fill in company name, address, phone, VAT number, tax office and business activity.
Warranty and returns
My product is faulty. What do I do?
All products carry the manufacturer's warranty. For our own brands, Mastersol and Werstahl, the warranty comes directly from us. Send us a description and photos of the problem at info@climaventis.gr or call us on 2610 334 389 and we will start the process.

Do you install?
We design and install heating systems (see our services) and work with installers and stores across Greece. Find the nearest one under Find a partner.
I am an installer or a store. How do I become a partner?
Register as a trade partner. The account is activated once we approve it.
