We ship all over Greece. You can also collect your order from our store in Patras.
Shipping options
- Courier, for small items: €5.20 for the first 2 kg and €1.50 for each additional kg.
- Freight carrier, for bulky or heavy products: the cost depends on volume and destination and is calculated at checkout.
- Collection from the store: 171 Ag. Ioanni Pratsika St, Patras, Mon–Fri 08:30–17:00, Sat 09:00–14:00.
We always choose the most economical option for you and let you know before dispatch. Shipping rates apply to prefecture capitals and kerbside delivery.
Delivery times
- Bulky products (boilers, solar water heaters etc.): 3–4 working days on the mainland, 4–5 days on the islands.
- Small items by courier: 24–48 hours.
- Products available on order: the lead time is shown on the product page.
Insured shipping
Products travel registered and insured for 100% of their value, in protective packaging, so that you receive them in the condition they left our warehouse.
