Description
Made for heat pumps.
The Mastersol BHP is a vertical cylinder for heat pumps, with a heat exchanger of large capacity and cross-section. The BHP1 models have one heat exchanger, for the heat pump; the BHP2 models have a second one, for example for solar collectors. It also takes an electric element, so two energy sources can be connected at the same time.
It is built to the European standard EN 12897:2006. The inner surface is coated with liquid enamel applied at 850 °C (DIN 4753) and protected by a magnesium anode. It has an antibacterial design.
The insulation is 55 mm polyurethane foam, 52 kg/m³ (DIN EN ISO 845). The outer cover is PVC fabric for indoor rooms, or metal sheet for an outdoor installation. It comes in sizes from 200 to 750 litres.

According to the manufacturer's instructions, the warranty requires installation as shown in the diagrams, water within drinking water limits and regular checks of the anode. The magnesium anode is a consumable and is not covered.

- Pressure and safetyMaximum working pressure 10 bar, maximum heat exchanger pressure 25 bar. A safety valve is mandatory, according to the manufacturer's instructions.

The BHP1 models have one heat exchanger, for the heat pump. The BHP2 models have two: the second connects for example to solar collectors. Both take an electric element.
Can it go outdoors?
According to the manufacturer, there is a metal sheet cover for outdoor installation; the PVC fabric cover is for indoor rooms. Ask us before you order.
What warranty does it have?
7 years, according to the manufacturer. It requires installation following the manufacturer's instructions, water within drinking water limits and regular checks of the magnesium anode, which is a consumable and is not covered.
How is it delivered?
