Taps

This category covers taps for simple water points: CIM chrome bib taps in long and short versions, and ball valve taps and valves for points that need quick opening and closing. They are fitted in yards, on balconies, in utility rooms, in boiler rooms and at washing machine connections.

Before choosing, check the thread size at the wall (usually 1/2") and how far the tap should project, for example so that a bucket fits underneath or a hose can be connected. Ball valve taps close with a quarter turn and are also used to drain installations.
