Description
Heat stored for later.
The Mastersol BUF1 150-1000 is a buffer tank with one heat exchanger: a coil of enamelled 1″ steel pipe. While the boiler runs or the solar collectors produce hot water, the water is stored in the buffer tank and used hours later. The tank keeps the water hot for a long time, when the boiler stops or when the collectors no longer produce, for lack of sun. In the same way it can store chilled water, if it is connected to a water chiller instead of a boiler or collectors.
It is built to DIN 4753 and EN 12897 and checked to international hygiene rules. The insulation is soft polyurethane, 52 kg/m³, with an outer cover of PVC leatherette in various colours; insulation and cover both come off. A magnesium anode protects it from corrosion. It is meant for homes and businesses.

According to the manufacturer's instructions, the warranty requires installation as shown in the diagrams and regular checks of the anode. The magnesium anode is a consumable and is not covered.

What servicing does it need?
A check of the magnesium anode at least twice a year, and a new one when it is used up, according to the manufacturer's instructions.
What warranty does it have?
7 years, according to the manufacturer, with installation following the manufacturer's instructions and regular checks of the anode, which is a consumable and is not covered.
How is it delivered?
Collect it from our shop in Patras, or we send it by carrier. The shipping cost shows in the cart; if it does not show for your area or size, call us for the delivery cost. A plumber installs it; we can suggest a partner in your area.
