Oil Burners
An oil burner atomises fuel inside the boiler, mixes it with air and controls the flame. Fuel consumption and clean combustion depend on choosing and adjusting it correctly. You will find German-made Hansa burners, including models with preheating, as well as ELCO burners.
- Output: the boiler output must fall within the burner’s range.
- Blast tube: short or long, depending on the depth of the boiler door and combustion chamber.
- Preheating: helps in cold boiler rooms and at start-up.
Adjustment is done by a technician using a flue gas analyser.
