Description
Stainless steel, for two heat sources.
The Mastersol BLVi2 is a vertical hot water cylinder with two removable heat exchangers of 1″ stainless steel pipe. It is triple energy: the two heat exchangers connect to two heat sources, for example a boiler and solar collectors, and it also takes a 4 kW electric heating element, on request.
It is made entirely of stainless steel, inox 316L. The coils are made of 1″ stainless steel pipe. It also has a magnesium anode.
It stands upright and has ports for recirculation and for an immersion thermometer, a cleaning flange and a magnesium anode. The insulation is removable soft polyurethane, 100 mm thick, with a soft PVC jacket. It is meant for homes and businesses, from 2,000 to 9,000 litres.

7 yearsmanufacturer's warranty
According to the manufacturer's instructions, the warranty requires installation as shown in the diagrams, water within drinking water limits and regular checks of the anode. The magnesium anode is a consumable and is not covered.

That the water is heated in three ways: by two heat exchangers, connected to two heat sources such as a boiler and solar collectors, and by a 4 kW electric heating element, fitted on request.
Is the electric heating element included?
The 4 kW electric heating element is optional and fitted on request. You will find it in the product options.
Will it fit in my room?
The comparison shows the dimensions of each size. The soft polyurethane insulation is removable; the comparison also shows the diameter without it.
Which size do I need?
It depends on how much hot water you use and on the heat source. The comparison also shows the heat exchanger surface of each size. Call us and we will work it out together.
What servicing does it need?
The magnesium anode is checked at least twice a year and replaced when it is used up. In suitable water it lasts about 2 years, but it may need replacing after 6 months. Cleaning is done through the flange, without chemicals.
Is it available with a larger heat exchanger or a metal casing?
Yes. According to the manufacturer it is also available with larger heat exchangers, with a heating surface of 5.4 m², and with a metal outer casing. Ask us for the price and delivery time.
What warranty does it have?
7 years, according to the manufacturer. It requires installation following the manufacturer's instructions, water within drinking water limits and regular checks of the magnesium anode, which is a consumable and is not covered.
How is it delivered?
Collect it from our shop in Patras, or we send it by carrier. The shipping cost shows in the cart; if it does not show for your area or size, call us for the delivery cost. A plumber installs it; we can suggest a partner in your area.
